This traditional Swedish-Style massage reduces tension using light-to-medium pressure to soothe muscles and create a state of relaxation. Each massage appointment is customizable and can include the full body or target specific areas.

Deep Tissue Massage / Therapeutic

For those who prefer a firm touch, deep tissue work includes detailed and deliberate techniques using elbows, forearms and knuckles to remove muscle tightness. Each massage appointment is customizable and can include the full body or target specific areas.

Sports Massage

Sports massage therapy is geared towards athletes of every kind, from professionals to weekend joggers. The particulars of the sports massage technique are specific to the athlete’s sport of choice. Focusing on areas of the body that are overused and stressed from repetitive and often aggressive movements.

Bamboo Fusion

Similar to hot stone massage, our warm bamboo fusion kit gently warms the muscle tissue, relaxing the nervous system and increasing blood flow to tense muscles. Our bamboo is ethically sourced and naturally anti-microbial.

Pregnancy / Prenatal Massage

Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization

Instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization utilizes specifically designed stainless steel instruments in detecting and treating areas exhibiting scar tissue, soft tissue restriction, adhesions and chronic inflammation. It can be used for Acute or Chronic conditions including: neck pain, back pain, wrist pain, foot pain, tennis elbow, golfers elbow, shoulder pain knee pain and ankle pain.

Full Body Stretching Session

The full body stretch or facilitated stretch session is designed to relax the mind and the body. It’s akin to a manual yoga session. Designed specifically to provide movements that deliver more than you could achieve stretching yourself. Regular assisted stretching improves flexibility, and mobility which leads to better performance.

Cupping Session

Cupping therapy is an ancient form of alternative medicine. Cups are applied to the skin and suction is created as a form of muscular decompression. It’s meant to increase blood flow to target areas, reduce fascial restrictions, decrease pain and inflammation.

Rock Pod Session

$35 (25 min)

Similar to the effects of traditional mobilized cupping, rock pods are a great treatment for temporary relief of pain. These rubbery suction pods are a simple, non-invasive alternative. Rock pods use decompressive technology to loosen and lift connective tissue, and increase blood and lymph to the skin muscles, stimulating the body’s natural healing process to treat chronic pain, relieve tension and sedate the nervous system.

Kinesio-Tape Application

Kinesio-Tape is a great way to treat sports and non-sports injuries, including: shin splints, plantar fasciitis, runner’s knee, back pain and much more. Kinesio-Tape is highly elastic and when adhered to the skin, it lifts the tissue away from the injured area and fascia, allowing blood to flow properly and alleviating swelling, improves range of motion of the injured muscle & joint, thus facilitating the healing process.
